Refund policy
If you received the wrong items, damaged items, or a part of your order was missing, please contact us at shop@postcrossing.com with photos of the problem and we’ll sort that out for you.
We do not offer exchanges, but we accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, and will refund the full order including standard delivery fees if the item is unused and in its original condition. If you wish to return an order, you’ll need to get in touch with us at shop@postcrossing.com to start this process.
The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction when we have received the goods back or you show proof that they’ve been sent. Note that you will have to bear the shipping costs for the return.
